John Buletza, PE, PP, CME is an independent consulting engineer with decades of experience in civil, site, and municipal engineering. Most recently a principal at Nelson Engineering, he now offers his services directly on contract to builders, developers, and municipalities.

Licensed as a Professional Engineer in both New Jersey and Washington, John also holds credentials as a New Jersey Professional Planner and Certified Municipal Engineer — a combination that lets him move projects from concept through approval and construction without handoffs.
